Turning 40 doesn’t mean slowing down. If anything, it’s when the real work — and real transformation — begins.
Earlier today, I recorded a workout and edited a short ~10 minute video. Nothing fancy. Just real movement, real effort, and a reminder that fitness in your 40s is about consistency, not perfection.
I am hoping to launch a YouTube channel called Fitness in the 40s (FIF) — a raw, unscripted look into what staying fit looks like while juggling work, family, and a rapidly changing body.
This is for anyone who:
Wants to reclaim their energy and strength
Feels like 40 is the new starting line, not the finish
Needs a nudge to get moving
